We want all our customers to be happy with anything that is purchased from Hey Baby Hey you.

If you are shopping in store our team of professionals will inspect your purchase with you to ensure you are satisfied with the standard of the product. For all online delivery orders we will inspect them before we ship.

In Store Returns:

If you change your mind about your purchase, please bring it back in the same condition, unused and undamaged and we will issue a credit note or exchange. In order to be eligible for a credit note, you must return the product within 28 days after your purchase and provide your receipt.

Online Returns:

If you change your mind about your purchase, please send it back in the same condition, unused and undamaged and we will issue a credit note or exchange. Please contact wecare@heybabyheyyou.com or call us on 01909 478719 if you would like to make a return. You must return the product within 28 days of you purchase.

Defect or Damaged Items:

We are proud to work with reputable suppliers that do their upmost to ensure your goods are in pristine condition. If however any of these products are delivered directly from them and are found to be defective or damaged, we will offer an exchange or refund.

We must be notified of the damage within 14 days.

Sale or “Sold as Seen”:

Any sale items or “sold as seen” items are exempt from this policy and are non-returnable.

All refund are at the managers discretion.
